Maven runs out of Bellville and covers Austin County and Washington County end to end, plus commercial properties in Katy and Fulshear. Every community below is on a regular route, not a one-off drive. Give us a call if your town isn't listed and we'll let you know if we can make it out.
Austin County
Bellville is home for us, so Austin County is the area our crews know best. We cover the whole county for both commercial and residential work, from the square in Bellville out through Sealy, San Felipe, Wallis, Industry, Cat Spring and New Ulm. That includes retail and office properties, multifamily communities, municipal grounds and private acreage, all on the same maintenance, irrigation and construction programs.
Washington County
Washington County is a short run north from Bellville and a market we have worked for years. Brenham anchors it, with Chappell Hill, Burton and Independence around it. Commercial and residential are both available across the county, and the rolling terrain and heavier tree cover here make drainage, grading and tree work a bigger part of the job than they are further south.
West Houston
Katy and Fulshear are commercial only. We take maintenance, irrigation, enhancement and construction work for commercial, multifamily and municipal properties in both, but residential design, installation and maintenance stop at the Austin County and Washington County line.
